$50 per labor hour
Two-hour minimum per visit

Service time is billed hourly and applies to all standard residential housekeeping. Because pricing is time-based, an in-person walkthrough is not required for routine/basic cleaning appointments.

All cleaning supplies and equipment are provided unless you prefer specific products to be used in your home.

(Deep cleaning, move-in/move-out services, and specialty tasks are quoted separately)

Basic Clean – Routine Housekeeping

Dusting surfaces: furniture, shelves, décor, and light fixture

Floors: vacuuming carpets, sweeping and mopping hard floors

Bathrooms: wipe sinks, counters, mirrors, toilets, and quick shower/tub clean

Kitchen: wipe counters, stovetop, sink, and exterior of appliances

Trash removal: empty bins and replace liners

General tidying: straighten rooms, light organization

Deep Clean Reset
A detailed, top-to-bottom cleaning designed to restore hygiene, comfort, and freshness throughout your home. Ideal for first-time clients, seasonal refreshes, move-ins, and move-outs.

• Full kitchen detail – Inside and outside of appliances, cabinets, countertops, and sink scrub
• Bathroom refresh – Tile and grout cleaning, mirrors, fixtures polished

Commercial services are currently offered on an independent service basis as the business continues to grow. Each account is handled personally with attention to detail and consistency.
